HELLO, I'M
David Sackrider.
Broadcast Journalist
About
MY BACKGROUND
I am an intelligent, nationally recognized broadcaster looking to expand my horizons in the fields of politics and journalism. In my pursuit of this, I have emerged as a natural-born leader and have developed skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.

Initially, I got my start in broadcasting when I was a Freshman at Hill McCloy High School in Montrose, MI. While there, I was recognized as a member of the 2018 National Federation of High Schools Best Live Sports Broadcast and the 2017 and 2018 Michigan Association of Broadcasters Best Sports Announcing Team. I also had the opportunity to serve as an announcer for the Michigan High School Athletic Association in a number of different championship tournament broadcasts.

I am currently attending the University of Michigan, studying Political Science and Communications. My goal in the future is to have a successful career as a Political Correspondent in a broadcast journalism setting. I would also like to one day in the future branch off into the world of politics and work my way to becoming the President of the United States.
